The goalkeeper stands a meter and a half to the side and in front of his partner who holds the ball in one outstretched hand. The goalkeeper dives acress and takes the ball, in front of the line of his body, out of his partners hand. He should fall on the side of his knee, hip and shoulder with the elbow nearer to the ground in front of his body.

As Practice1 but the service is a two handed throw. The goalkeeper dives across to catch the ball. The principles of the dive and the body shape do not change.

The goalkeeper kneels on the floor in the center of the goal. The server serves the ball along the ground to the goalkeepers left, then right. The coach is looking for the direction of the dive (across and forward) and body shape (knee, hip and shoulder).
